currently have — spreadsheets, documents, folders — and identify the gaps. Third, we scope the
database infrastructure that closes those gaps. You leave with a clear picture of what needs to
be built and a proposal with fixed pricing.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with UNUS London?+
No. UNUS London works directly with COLPs, MLROs, Practice Managers, and
Compliance Officers — not IT departments. Every build guide is written for compliance
practitioners, not developers. If you understand your regulatory obligations, that is
sufficient. UNUS London handles the technical architecture.
What is the typical cost of a UNUS London system?+
Systems are priced at three tiers: Basic Knowledge Base at £13,397, Intermediate
Governance System at £18,497, and Enterprise Compliance Platform at £32,347. Every tier includes
a complete system transferred entirely to you — schema, workflow, frontend, build guide, and
evidence queries. The Governance Academy membership at £97/month gives you the build files to
deploy systems yourself.
How quickly can a system be deployed?+
A Basic deployment runs typically 2 to 4 weeks from scoping to handover.
Intermediate systems run 4 to 6 weeks. Enterprise platforms with multiple integrated systems run
8 to 12 weeks. Timeline depends on the complexity of the regulatory framework and the number of
systems in scope. Academy members deploying from build guides can typically deploy a single
system in 3 to 5 days.
Who owns the system after it is deployed?+
You do. Completely. The PostgreSQL schema runs in your Supabase account. The n8n
workflow runs in your n8n instance. The evidence records are your records. UNUS London has no
access to your data and no ongoing dependency is created. If you cancel an Academy membership,
everything you have built remains running in your infrastructure and under your control.
