Planned Maintenance. Scheduled, Evidenced, Never Missed.

The Planned Maintenance Schedule Register tracks every piece of equipment, its maintenance requirements, and the completion evidence for every maintenance event. ISO 9001 §7.1.3 requires infrastructure to be maintained — this system proves it is.

The Problem This Solves
Maintenance records held in paper-based job cards or maintenance management software that cannot produce a structured audit trail. During ISO audits, firms cannot demonstrate that planned maintenance was completed on schedule for specific pieces of equipment.
Regulatory Basis
ISO 9001:2015, §7.1.3
ISO 9001 §7.1.3 requires organisations to determine, provide, and maintain the infrastructure necessary for the operation of its processes and to achieve conformity of products and services.

Built to Run. Not to Demo.

Every UNUS London mini solution is a production system — not a prototype. The schema runs on PostgreSQL 17.4 with full referential integrity, Row-Level Security, and an immutable audit trail from day one. The n8n workflow handles every user interaction end-to-end.

The evidence view below is representative of the live data structure you will have in your system. Every record shown reflects the actual column names, data types, and status logic in the deployed schema.
